  • Pro-cycling - the latest cycling magazine, also offers an online news service and mailing list. Recommended
  • Yahoo Cycling News - from Reuters (via Yahoo), updated frequently. Recommended
  • VeloNews Interactive - with news of many UCI road races and more
  • VeloCity - the European cycling magazine site, includes 'live' coverage and full results of the major tours. Unfortunately, updates appear to have halted in September 1999
  • Cycle Sport - with an opener from editor, Phil Liggett

  • Pedalling Preacher - Don't be put off by the title. There is no religous content but there is a lot of good advice on designing a training program to fit in with your aspirations and fitting it to the time you have available to train.
  • Velo News Training - From the American magazine Velo News, which has an excellent article called Too busy to train. A series of training sessions if you only(!) have 1 hour a day to train.
  • On-Line training for veteran riders - (seniors probably couldn't keep up!) An excellent site with a good structured 17 week training program broken into 3 Macro phases of 5-6 weeks each. The rest of the site is also well worth a look.
